【摘要】:Thispracticeisconsistentwithaperformance-basedapproachwhereinthefrequencyofre-calibrationandinstrumenttestingislinkedtoalaboratoryrsquo;continuingperformancewithitsqualitycontrolresults.Underthepremiseofthispractice,alaboratorydemonstratesthatitsinstrumentperformanceisacceptableforanalyzingsampletestsources.Whenalaboratorydemonstratesacceptableperformancebasedoncontinuinginstrumentqualitycontroldata(thatis,QCcharts),batchQCsamples(thatis,blanks,laboratorycontrolsamples,replicates,matrixspikes,andotherbatchQCsamplesasmaybeapplicable)andindependentreferencematerials,traditionalschedule-driveninstrumentrecalibrationispermissiblebutunnecessary.WhencontinuinginstrumentQC,batchQC,orindependentreferencematerialsampleresultsindicatethatinstrumentresponsehasexceededestablishedcontrolortolerancelimits,instrumentcalibrationisrequired.OtheractionsrelatedtosampleanalysesontheaffectedinstrumentsmayberequiredbythelaboratoryQM.ThedataobtainedwhilefollowingthisPracticewillmostlikelyresideincomputerstorage.Thisdataremainsinthecomputerstoragewhereitisreadilyretrievableandasnecessaryisusedtoproduceplots,graphs,spreadsheetsandothertypesofdisplaysandreports.FrequencyandperformanceofdatastoragebackupshouldbespecifiedinthelaboratoryQM.1.1Thispracticecoversconsensuscriteriaforthecalibrationandqualitycontrolofnuclearinstruments.Thispracticeisprovidedforestablishingappropriatequalitycontrolparametersatinstrumentstartup,calibrationofnuclearcountinginstrumentsandthecontinuingmonitoringofqualitycontrolparameters.Calibrationsareusuallyperformedtoestablishtheoperatingparametersoftheinstrument.Thispracticeaddressesthetypicallyusednuclearcountinginstruments:alphaspectrometer,gammaspectrometer,gasproportionalcounterandliquidscintillationcounter.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
