适用范围
本标准规定了水电水利工程枢纽主要建筑物边坡、近坝库岸边坡设计的安全级别、设计安全标准、稳定分析方法、综合治理措施以及安全监测、预警等内容。 本标准适用于大、中型水电水利工程枢纽主要建筑物边坡、近坝库岸影响工程正常、安全运行的自然边坡的治理设计。水库区其它边坡工程的设计参照执行。 对超大规模的边坡、特别重要的或条件十分复杂的边坡，其安全设计标准、稳定分析及其评价、综合治理措施等要进行专门研究论证。
