【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthemeanstobeusedtocathodicallyprotecttheimmersedandburiedmetallicexternalsurfacesofsteelharbourinstallationsandappurtenancesinseawaterandsalinemud.1StructuresThisEuropeanStandardcoversthecathodicprotectionoffixedandfloatingstructures.Thisessentiallyincludespiers,jetties,dolphins(mooringandberthing),sheetortubularpiling,pontoons,buoys,floatingdocks,lockandsluicegates.Italsocoversthesubmergedareasofappurtenances,suchaschainsattachedtothestructure,whenthesearenotelectricallyisolatedfromthestructure.Itdoesnotcoverthecathodicprotectionoffixedorfloatingoffshorestructures,submarinepipelinesorships.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludetheinternalprotectionofsurfacesofanycomponentssuchasballasttanksandinternalsoffloatingstructuresortheinternalsorbackfacesofsheetsteelpilingwhichisincontactwithbackfill.2MaterialsThisEuropeanStandardcoversthecathodicprotectionofstructuresfabricatedprincipallyfrombareorcoatedcarbonmanganesesteels.Assomepartsofthestructuremaybemadeofmetallicmaterialsotherthancarbonmanganesesteels,thecathodicprotectionsystemshouldbedesignedtoensurethatthereisacompletecontroloveranygalvaniccouplingandminimiserisksduetohydrogenembrittlementorhydrogeninducedcracking(seeEN12473).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverconcretestructures.3EnvironmentThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletothewholesubmergedzoneinseawater,brackishwatersandsalinemudwhichcannormallybefoundinharbourinstallationswhereverthesestructuresarefixedorfloating.Forsurfaceswhicharealternatelyimmersedandexposedtotheatmosphere,thecathodicprotectionisonlyeffectivewhentheimmersiontimeissufficientlylongforthesteeltobecomepolarised.4SafetyandenvironmentprotectionThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoversafetyandenvironmentalprotectionaspectsassociatedwithcathodicprotection.Therelevantnationalorinternationalregulationsshallapply.
