【摘要】:Thispracticeisprovidedtodevelopandmaintainuniformityinpracticesfortheevaluationofthetoughnessofaluminumalloys,particularlywithregardtosupplierqualification,qualityassurance,andmaterialreleasetospecifications.Itisemphasizedthattheuseoftheseprocedureswillnotalterthevalidityofdatadeterminedwithspecifictestmethods,butprovidesguidanceintheinterpretationoftestresults(validorinvalid)andguidanceintheselectionofareasonabletestprocedureinthoseinstanceswherenostandardexiststoday.1.1Fracturetoughnessisakeypropertyforanumberofaluminumalloysutilizedinaerospaceandprocessindustries.Fracturetoughnesstestingisoftenrequiredforsupplierqualification,qualitycontrol,andmaterialreleasepurposes.Thepurposeofthispracticeistoprovideuniformtestproceduresfortheindustry,pointingoutwhichcurrentstandardsareutilizedinspecificcases,andprovidingguidelineswherenostandardsexist.Thispracticeprovidesguidancefortesting(a)sheetandotherproductshavingaspecifiedthicknesslessthan6.35mm(0.250in.),(b)intermediatethicknessesofplate,forgings,andextrusionsthataretoothinforvalidplane-strainfracturetoughnesstestingbuttoothickfortreatmentassheet,suchasproductshavingaspecifiedthicknessgreaterthanorequalto6.35mm(0.250in.)butlessthan25to50mm(1to2in.),dependingontoughnesslevel,and(c)relativelythickproductswhereTestMethodE399isapplicable.1.2Thispracticeaddressesbothdirectmeasurementsoffracturetoughnessandscreeningtests,thelatterrecognizingthecomplexityandexpenseofmakingformalfracturetoughnessmeasurementsongreatquantitiesofproductionlots.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesininch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesisareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

适用范围
本标准规定了单级锥面包络圆柱蜗杆减速器的基本参数、型式、尺寸与标记、技术要求、承载能力与选用方法等。 本标准减速器主要适用于冶金、矿山、起重、运输、化工、建筑及轻工等行业。 减速器蜗杆转速不超过1500r/min。 减速器工作环境温度-40~+40℃。当工作环境温度低于0℃时，起动前润滑油必须加热到0℃以上或采用低凝固点的润滑油。 减速器蜗杆轴可正、反双向运转。
