【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisetherisksduetothehazardslistedinclause4,whichcanariseduringinstallation1,operationandmaintenanceofpermanentlyinstalledequipmentandsystemsforthepowerdrivenparkingofmotorvehicles,asdefinedin3.1to3.4below.Requirementsarealsogivenontheprovisionofinformationforuse,whichincludesrequirementsforthedraftingoftheinstructions.Electromagneticcompatibilityrequirementsarealsocovered.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoequipmentandsystemsforthepowerdrivenparkingofmotorvehicleswhichhavefourwheels,arewithinamaximumsizeenvelopeof5,30mlong,by2,30mwide,by2,20mhighandhaveamasslessthan2500kg.Theequipmentcanbemanuallyorautomaticallycontrolled.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotcover:a)vehiclelifts(seeEN1493);b)peripheraldevices,whichdonothandlemotorvehicles,e.g.parkingmeters,ticketmachines;c)requirementsrelatedtothebuildingeveniftheysupportdirectlystoredvehicles;d)goodsonlyliftsinaccordancewithEN81-31;e)powerdrivenparkingequipmentintendedforliftingand/ortransportinganyperson;f)transmissionandinterfaceofremotecontrols;g)automaticparkingequipmentwithtransferareaswhichmove;h)theuseofpowerdrivenparkingequipmentbywheelchairusersanddeafpersons;i)theworkplaceofanyattendant.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththefollowing:a)hazardsarisingifloads,orotheritemsfallfromvehicles;b)hazardsarisingiffueloroilleaksfromvehicles;c)hazardscausedbyoperatingtheequipment/systeminelectromagneticfieldsoutsidetherangeofEN51000-6-2;d)hazardscausedbyoperatingtheequipment/systeminareassubjecttospecialregulations(e.g.explosiveatmospheres,firerisks);e)hazardscausedbytheuseofdangerous/toxicmaterials,e.g.specialhydraulicoil;f)hazardscausedbynoise;g)hazardsarisingfrominadequatelightingofthesurroundingofautomaticparkingsystemsand/ortheplaceofinstallationofnon-automaticparkingequipment;h)hazardscausedbyearthquakes;i)hazardscausedbyvandalism;j)hazardsduetotheuseofprogrammableelectronicsystemsrelatedtosafetyfunctions;k)hazardsduetotheuseofcablelesscontroldevices;I)hazardsarisingduetocollisioncausedbythedriverofthevehicle.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletopowerdrivenparkingequipmentandsystemsmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.

MIL-STD-2401, MILITARY STANDARD: DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE WORLD GEODETIC SYSTEM (WGS) (11 JAN 1994)., This standard specifies the requirements for use of WorldGeodetic System 1984 (WGS 84), the defining and derived parameters for WGS 84, and methods for transforming between WGS 84 and other geodetic systems. This standard applies to all DoD systems andproducts which require use of a World Geodetic System. A world geodeticsystem is a consistent global coordinate system which allows an unambiguousrepresentation of positional information. Navigation solutions from theNAVSTAR Global Positioning System (GPS) and the Navy Navigation SatelliteSystem (NNSS) are referred to this system. A WGS 84 ellipsoid provides areference surface upon which coordinates are calculated and is particularlyapplicable to inertial systems. A WGS 84 Earth Gravitational Model (EGM)provides necessary force models for accurate global operation of strategicweapons, navigation, and satellite systems. Many MC&G products produced byother agencies and governments (and DMA products not yet placed on WGS 84) arenot referred to the WGS 84. Parameters to transform these products to WGS 84are part of this standard.
